Loss of 1'st Amendment rights ? [1]

I am a military retiree. I wore the uniform and proudly served for 24.5 years.

I have been vocal with my opinions of our current administration and I have not been a fan of our current leader since he entered the political stage in 2012. I now become concerned that I may not be able to freely voice those opinions.

This concern was triggered by a recent article on the Miltary.com website.(https://www.military.com/daily-news/2025/03/21/air-force-navy-warn-troops-about-political-speech-amid-trump-administration-changes.html)

After reading the article, I began to wonder if this could or would have any impact on military retirees. A quick Google search disclosed that some military retirees do indeed fall under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for the rest of their lives. After review I would be one that continues to fall under the UCMJ and could be charged under its articles. I would strongly recommend that all US military retirees ascertain if they remain under the sword of the UCMJ.

So, now I find that not only are my sources of income under attack (Social Security, VA disability) I have potentially lost the ability to protest via verbal and written means.

I am sure that the minions of the current administration are utilizing an AI or BigBalls to monitor Daily KOS and other sites that allow freedom of speech. Have I become a name in a file that may put me on a free flight to El Salvador? US Citizenship doesn’t appear to disqualify someone for the free trip with room and board.

I await the FBI to bang on my door.
