I have a very strong feeling Trump is not going to get a favorable ruling.
The stamering and stuttering from his lawyers trying to answer the judges questions made me smile.
One judge said he had to go by the constitution just like everyone else.
The lawyers kept answering questions that were not asked and not valid.
One can just hear the frustration in the judges voices.
The appelant court is hammering that there was no due process.
My favorite statement was that even the Nazi’s were treated better than the deportees.
One judge said this proclomation was so badly executed she could have been put on the plane.
I think they need to just gavel and say,”Look, no due process and that is against the law”
Trump and the Justice Dept is guilty.
I would then adjourn. Good thing I am not the judge….This case would be over with a guilty verdict.
Trump thinks he is a king and they know it. This whole thing is about due process and a President out of control.
Now I am off to read where someone got texted Trump’s war plans. Jeeze...Get him out of there.
