Utilities will be disconnected in a week. Help needed. [1]

I have a week to square my utility bills or they will be disconnected.

This past year, I’ve been surviving—barely. I had to purchase a new vehicle, and that cost plus the increased car insurance put a strain on my salary. Add increased health insurance, and things were strained. I of course tried to scrimp and save, and got help from a few bonuses my district gave teachers. Not much, but it helped keep my from totally going under.

I also had to make some partial payments on utilities, and have wound up being a couple months behind total, even though I have been trying to pay. I guess I’ve been behind for too long, because I received a disconnect notice. I have until Friday to catch up with my bills before the disconnect on the 31st.

I need $2500 to square everything away.

I don’t know what else to say, other than I’m pretty desperate.
