Proclamation 10903 of March 14, 2025 Invocation of the Alien Enemies Act Regarding the Invasion of the United States by Tren de Aragua [...] As President of the United States and Commander in Chief, it is my solemn duty to protect the American people from the devastating effects of this invasion. NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Alien Enemies Act, 50 U.S.C. 21 et seq., hereby proclaim and direct as follows: Section 1. I find and declare that TdA is perpetrating, attempting, and threatening an invasion or predatory incursion against the territory of the United States. TdA [Tren de Aragua] is undertaking hostile actions and conducting irregular warfare against the territory of the United States both directly and at the direction, clandestine or otherwise, of the Maduro regime in Venezuela. I make these findings using the full extent of my authority to conduct the Nation's foreign affairs under the Constitution. Based on these findings, and by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including 50 U.S.C. 21, I proclaim that all Venezuelan citizens 14 years of age or older who are members of TdA, are within the United States, and are not actually naturalized or lawful permanent residents of the United States are liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured, and removed as Alien Enemies. I further find and declare that all such members of TdA are, by virtue of their membership in that organization, chargeable with actual hostility against the United States and are therefore ineligible for the benefits of 50 U.S.C. 22. I further find and declare that all such members of TdA are a danger to the public peace or safety of the United States.

[Ben Meiselas: ] Now one of the things that we are learning, and why I think Donald Trump's claiming that he did not sign this invocation of the Alien Enemies Act is that: A lot of the individuals who ended up being kidnapped by the Trump regime and sent to El Salvador to be placed in concentration camps were not actually gang members . They were not given Due Process to prove that they were not gang members in the first place. We're learning for example that Political Exiles of Venezuela, professional soccer players, who were coaches — who were here lawfully under our lawful Asylum process. Because they may have had Real Madrid tattoos; or because they were giving the peace or love sign — the Trump regime said they're gang members, picked them up. Found them in the database because they were lawfully here seeking Asylum. Shipped them to concentration camps in El Salvador. We're also learning that there were women who were sent to El Salvador — and those concentration camps there, are only for men. So they had to be sent back to Venezuela — and who knows what happen there, if they're Political Exiles from the Maduro regime. We learned a lot about this over the past few days. And then there was a hearing in the federal courts in Washington DC today, where the Federal Judge Jeb Boasberg looks increasingly inclined to hold the Trump regime in contempt. So I think what's happening here is: Trump is throwing his own Department of Justice, and his own DOJ Lawyers under the bus now. To try to blame them.

And under the Trump-bus they go. … Everything Trump touches, dies.

[Ben Meiselas: ] Now it's always 'projection and confession' with Donald Trump right? Donald Trump has been spending what the last two weeks coming up with this bizarre Autopen conspiracy, involving former President Biden. And Trump said, you know look, all of Biden's Pardons are not valid — because he uses an Autopen. And therefore nothing that he's done is actually signed by him. He didn't know any of this was taking place. When former President Biden knew what was taking place. This whole Autopen conspiracy thing made no sense. But it's typical Trump projection. It seems that Trump doesn't even know what's being signed on his behalf.

Apparently, when the going gets heated, Trump will blame the DOJ, the Oligarchs, and even the Architects — the Project 2025 Architects, xeroxing ALL those Executive Orders over, for him to sign.

Or as we are now finding out: for him to Autosign.

So exactly who is calling the plays there at the Trump Clown Show?

Could it even be this guy, plotting to pull the plug the SS Checks?
