Since Jan. 20, much of the work to prevent an ongoing “shadow war” on western nations has come to a standstill, according to 11 former and current officials.
Some officials involved in the working groups said they are concerned that the Trump administration is de-prioritizing the issue despite intelligence warnings. The change follows the unwinding of other Russia-focused projects launched by Biden’s administration.
The number of Russian attacks have nearly tripled between 2023 and 2024, after quadrupling between 2022 and 2023.
Russia’s military intelligence service (GRU) has engaged in attacks against transportation, government, critical infrastructure and industry targets in European countries and the US.
The data indicates Russia poses a serious threat but, hey, I’m sure Trump’s buddy Putin can be trusted? Right?

They're also trying to tamper with immigration in neighboring countries:
Fostering irregular migration further supports right-wing European parties which oppose immigration and European integration and which Russia funds. These include AfD in Germany, National Rally in France and Reform UK, which all gained in recent elections and are mostly Russia-friendly and critical of support for Ukraine.
They already tried putting bombs on DHL planes. Is it any wonder why our government wants to erase 9/11 history?
