Disbar Lawyers Supporting Unconstitutional and Otherwise Illegal Trump Actions [1]

I've waited for a while, but I see no action being taken by the American Bar Association (ABA), and I write this message insisting that the ABA becomes active in defending its authority, effectiveness, and reputation.



I assert that each and every attorney who supports the unconstitutional and otherwise illegal actions of the Trump administration must be disbarred. It is perfectly obvious that these attorneys are abrogating their oaths and deserve immediate disbarment.

Included among those attorneys deserving disbarment are Pam Bondi and Aaron Reitz. Without question, this list is incomplete. The list includes every one, from the top to the bottom of the hierarchy, of the attorneys who actively support the unconstitutional and illegal actions of the Trump administration.

This assertion is not political. The Trump administration's crimes are not political. They're unconstitutional and illegal and need to be met with immediate, decisive action declaring that these miscreant attorneys are no longer licensed. No "Sturm und Drang" is required: the ABA must perform as its profession demands.

Each hour of delay results in further destruction of the efficacy of the Constitution of the United States of America and of the democratic republic it defines.

Every other institution in the US government seems helpless to counter the fascist onslaught of the Trump administration. I hope the ABA would have the chutzpah to disallow disbarred attorneys from participation in support of the Trump legal circus.

While addressing the disbarment of the attorneys currently abrogating their service of the law, the ABA should also pursue - very aggressively - the disbarment of Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and John Roberts for perjury during their Senate confirmation hearings.

I predict 2 results:

The ABA hasn’t the cojones to do the right thing Even if the ABA were to come to their senses and do the right thing, the fascist Trump administration and the fascist SCOTUS would ignore it

Nevertheless, I see no other avenue to avoid the destruction of our country.
