Trump Tries to Void Biden Pardons [1]

President Trump said early Monday that he was voiding all the last-minute pardons former President Joe Biden made using an auto-pen.

Trump claims Biden was mentally incompetent and had no idea that anyone was being pardoned so the stack of pardons signed with an auto-pen rather than by hand are void.

That includes the pardons for the January 6th committee, staff, and witnesses plus Dr. Fauci, General Mark Miley, and many others.

If Trump gets away with this in any way, he could try to challenge anything that Biden signed with an auto-pen which might include Ukraine aid and large parts of his domestic agenda.

That’s not to say that the courts might back Trump’s ridiculous claims. But if the Republicans in Washington back Trump’s claim that Biden didn’t know anything his auto-pen signed, they could try to smear anything any Democrat president signed with an auto-pen.
