had to pull back on this diary after the first draft because I’m pretty sure I’m in danger of running afoul of the Rules of the Road with the very strong emotions I’m feeling about the Senator.
So instead of commenting much on Chuck Schumer’s strength of character, courage, or the certain existence of the Easter Bunny and Bigfoot, I’ll just point out that after a tough week of pulling Democrats back from the brink of courage, Senator Neville—I mean, Chuck!—Schumer is ready for his triumphant book tour.
Here, he will discuss his book, Antisemitism in America, where he will explain the horror and danger of antisemitism in this country—and how we can avoid it by giving unlimited power to a man publicly doing the Sieg Heil, who thinks the Holocaust wasn’t really Hitler’s fault, but was instead the fault of public sector employees
If history has proven one thing it is that the best resistance is often the least.
Anyway, Here are a few stops along the way, if anyone is in the area and wants to thank him for his strong leadership, courage under fire, and willingness to fight for The Constitution. Feel free, I wish I lived in one of these areas so I could stop by and say hi.
“Schumer begins a book tour this week. Mon 3/17 7pm Central Library, Baltimore Wed 3/19 Politics & Prose, DC 7pm Thursday 3/20 at the Weizman, DC Sunday 3/23 · 3pm Moss Theatre Santa Monica, CA Mon 4/21 MJCCA Atlanta 7:30PM”
Just a note, be specific if you raise any concerns or carry any signs. The subject of his book obviously isn’t the issue. His “principled” leadership however might be.
