The Entire Trump Cabinet are Co-Conspirators with Trump, Musk and his Minions in an attack against the U.S..
They have Already committed an Overt Act In Furtherance of their Conspiracy. That Means they are ALL Guilty of 18 U.S.C. § 371 Conspiracy.
I Hope they ALL realize that they will be indited, Prosecuted, Convicted and Imprisoned for their participation in Trump’s Conspiracy, Every One of them.
They all deserve 5-50 years in Federal Prison. 1 charge for each Overt Act.
18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit an offense or to defraud United States
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
