Quinnipiac University's poll was released Thursday. In the poll, Trump has a 42 percent approval rating compared to a 53 percent disapproval rating. The poll was taken from March 6-11, among 1,198 "self-identified registered voters." It has a margin of error of 2.8 percent.
We aren’t even 2 months in. Biden hit 42% at about a year and a half in.
The poll also showed low approval ratings on major issues, including the economy, the war in Ukraine and the federal workforce. Just 41% approve of how he is handling the economy while 54% said they disapprove. Forty percent approve of how he is handling the federal workforce and 38% approve of how he is handling the Russia-Ukraine war.
In a blurb on Spectrum News last night, “economy good v bad” was at 24/76.
Again, less than two months in.
