So, The House Republicans passed out a “Budget” that will enable the continued destruction of the structure of the Federal Government. No Brakes on DOGE, no requirement to spend appropriated monies as I understand the news on my phone.

Where are the Adults in the Republican Party?

Will the Democrats in the Senate have the courage to say NO?

The Republican “Budget” is a plan to continue the chaos, impoverishment and immiseration of the American people.

As one of the 20% of Social Security recipients who totally relies on it, I have enough margin to survive one short payment month. After that, bills go unpaid. Stimulating the slide into recession.

Better the Democrats allow REPUBLICANS to shut down the government, than the clown show continue. It may be the only way to get the American peoples attention.

And no discussion here?

I live in a (Deeply) “Red” district in a Red State. No congressman or Senator for me to write or call.
