CR vote 3/14: Ds best chance to rein in Elon? [1]

Josh Marshall at Talking Points Memo sums it up (paraphrased): Senate Dems have leverage in the upcoming CR vote to use against Musk. A yes vote to pass the resolution allows Elon to continue to run amok until the fall. A no vote risks government shutdown but may be the last best chance to stop Elon’s reign of terror.

Elissa Slotkin leans no. Fetterman has said that he will vote yes. The Rs need 7 Dems to join them in voting yes for the CR.

Please call your senator to ask how they will vote, and ask them to vote no to “clip Elon’s wings:.
