Trump updated economic plan includes recession [1]

According to trump interviews over the weekend, we gotta accept a little economic pain to achieve his goals. The goal seems to be to bring American manufacturing back?

so apparently inflation is ok and recession is ok.

Generally economists do agree that trump is correct in that his current policies will lead to inflation and recession.

Economists also think that these trump policies are unlikely to bring manufacturing back to America. That ship has sailed. And even if we bring manufacturing back to America, these are all robots doing the work. So no actual American jobs.

As someone who followed the 2024 campaign, I don’t recall trump explaining that he is going to cause a recession and inflation. And that he is going to cause the stock market to crash. Did I miss that part? Maybe I got distracted by the dancing.
