50 Days of Promises Made, Promises Kept President Trump took office 50 days ago, and in this short span, Republicans have not just kept our promises—we have delivered tangible results for Idahoans. And what would those be? Would that be border laws? Because only a small sliver of Idaho borders Canada, none of it on Mexico. Or is it the Birthright citizenship EO? Without them, this state crashes with crops in the field. Or was it the transgenger rule, Guys who prefer to identify as female, and they can’t use a restroom? Have you been in Idaho since you were elected in 2009? Yeah no, the answer is. Tele-town halls. (You do realize most of your consitutents don’t have internet? But you don’t care.) But even to join those, you have to sign up on his website. I’m proud to partner with President Trump and Senate Republicans to defend states’ rights, enhance border security, and reignite the American spirit. I’m Glad you are, but you should actually consider the state you ARE representing. Could you NOT use the Trump talking points? Come on, something about Idaho that relates. No, no? not nothing? Didn’t think so. In just 50 days, I have personally worked with President Trump and his administration to: Stop the destructive Lava Ridge Wind Energy Project;

Obtain a long-overdue waiver for modernization of the Boise Veterans Home;

Secure President Trump’s appointment of Idahoan Tom Schultz as Chief of the U.S. Forest Service; and

Confirm 20 of President Trump’s nominees. Oh, so many words. Lava Ridge has its issues, so I won’t go there. (Basically, it’s a wind project that would change the view of a monument at the Minidoka Japanese internment camp.) Suddenly R’s are on the side of historical monuments? No, they were just anti-clean energy. The Boise VA? Just got gutted by DOGE. How is that working out for you? And it’s only Boise? What about the rest of the state you’re supposed to protect? And what is up with this ‘waiver’ shit. Isn’t that supposed to be ingrained in the whole concept of the VA? Question asked, but not answered, but you take credit for nothing. Thanks. You can invistigate on your own, but this: Upon his appointment, Schultz emphasized his commitment to supporting and protecting rural communities, actively managing national forests and grasslands, increasing opportunities for outdoor recreation, and enhancing wildfire suppression efforts with a focus on safety and resource protection. How is he going to do that when you fired half of the employees that were doing it. Got rid of the framework for the seasonal ones, with no money to do anything federal. I bet he couldn’t even name a forest in Idaho. Oh, but it’s national...hum, ‘Supporting’ with what? “Rural communities” again with what? ‘Actively managing forests and grasslands — Etc. The whole ‘increasing opportunities’ for outdoor recreation and enhancing wildfire suppression— Can I just call LIE of MAGNITUDE HERE? This is a ‘pull your head out of your ass moment.’ realizing you don’t know shit about the state you represent. But we must continue with this horrible e-mail. In the Senate, I’m advancing Republican efforts to: Restore order to our immigration system, bringing border crossings to a 15-year low; Uh-huh, and what border would that be? Canada, Mexico? The water ones we have with the rest of the world? Be specific if you wouldn’t mind. I don’t see any lows, or restoring ‘order’ or even your ‘immigration system. “ What are you trying to say here Jim? Dismantle Biden’s radical Green New Deal; Ah, blame it on the Dems, and the Dem president, and things he did. What do you have to replace it? Crickets….waiting...more crickets...still nothing...more crickets? Here are some facts: (You know those things you don’t like to acknowledge.) Clean Energy: Approximately $73 billion dedicated to overhauling energy policies, including $11 billion for adapting the electrical grid to accommodate renewable energy sources and $6 billion to support domestic nuclear power initiatives. — Hum, this seems good. Yet it’s all being clawed back because why? No one knows. My guess is our current president doesn’t like to look bad. Reverse Democrats’ woke DEI agenda attempting to infiltrate our schools, work, and government; and Expose wasteful federal spending and took steps to protect Idaho taxpayer dollars. I’m still trying to figure out what ‘woke’ means. Is it like I’m awake and understand? I’m educated? I just don’t get why this is a weapon of the right. Like CRT was a year or so ago. DEI? I level it on the same plane as CRT. DEI, is ingrained in the constitution. Sorta, the 3/5ths rule, but we fixed that. with the 15th Amendment: "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude." Check that shit out. But we had to go further, the 19th amendment (Giving the right of women to vote) It states: "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex." Sticking with my theme here on my senator’s email/newsletter — he’s all about making laws about sex. You have to be man or woman at birth. I get that it’s just about voting, that can’t be restricted, the 15th and 19th amendment. Until this R House and R Senate can put a rule into the Constitution? All this ‘transgender’ talk does not belong. They can’t enforce it legally. ’Hey I’m a man’ but look like a woman. Voteable. “Hey, I’m a woman, and I look like a man.’ Yep you can vote. This whole transgender thing? Needs to bite them in the ass. It’s a very small community, and they are being targeted, why? Our supposed Christian values. Religion is supposed to be out of politics, but it’s not. America is BACK! With President Trump, we will continue to renew the American Dream, cut the bureaucracy, and restore our freedoms. See these last words? Suck. Why? America never went anywhere, but they don’t show where it went wrong. That big T word — transparency. Then, Trump is going to renew the ‘American dream.’ and ‘Cut the bureaucracy and restore our freedoms. I see our freedoms here, they don’t need to be renewed. The cuts he’s offering to the ‘red tape’ I’m good to look at, but they aren’t sharing. His whole thing of ‘Make America great again’ MAGA, why aren’t we asking why it’s not? I don’t accept the ‘it’s Biden’s fault.’ Because all the numbers (Like jobs created, economy, etc) were at Biden’s leadership, it doesn’t hold water. We need to put facts to bullshit, in anyway we can. As small as your local newspaper (Yeah, they won’t take it, because you’re not known — but there is the internet). They want it to be about money, the whole Citizens united choice of SCOTUS. Raw grit, can overpower that. You might watch the R’s Stuff because you’re forced to, because of the way adds run, but it is your choice. Rail against those adds, show the fault in them. Let them waste their money. It’s about the only way, we can get money out of politics. Learn about your local candidates, support them, as you can, without money. Yeah, I have to digress.
