Welcome to Monday! You know, I think they’re successfully keeping Trump relatively quiet during these very expensive golf outings. Most of the weekend news is about discovering things the DOGE boys have done wrong previously, and lately, it’s not been until Trump comes back to do his daily Presidentin’ in the Oval Office that he starts making the news again.
5 days until the “legal” funding for what’s left of the United States government runs out
1,412 days remaining in Trump’s legal term of office
602 days until the midterm elections, if we have them
664 days—if we have those elections—until we seat a new Congress
The Invasion Bingo random country generator says today’s an unlucky day for: Estonia!
Estonia’s barely different, typing-wise, from Friday’s target, Eswatini. That’s weird! But that’s all it is. There’s no other connection of which I’m aware. But there might be good reason to invade Estonia, despite it being right next door to Russia, and this is the reason.
