DSA SD acted like agents of the state when they tried to co-opt and destroy a Tenants Union [1]

Harassed and put in danger by a “Tenants Rights” group while put in danger by my landlord and the STATE at the same time.
One cannot make this up, I was trying to save my own life while having little to no support no resources and was either ignored, blamed for how I was reacting to the endangerment or even harassed by the very people who claim to support tenants. My apartment complex did not have an appropriate lock to the outside gate for YEARS, even cops took advantage of gaining access to my private complex because the gate was essentially open to all. At any moment, this “Tenant Rights” group (which has now splintered into two different orgs which I will call out the now Tenant Councils of SD could’ve supported me to get a new lock, could’ve fundraised for a locksmith, could've stopped the harassment in organizing spaces-but no, I was continued to be harassed and put in danger by folks of Tenant Councils of SD even as a tenant myself. I was never important enough or even recognized as a tenant in distress.
The invasion of privacy got so extreme that important documents were taken from my home, I NEEDED the burglaries to STOP. The lock was needed at my apartment complex.
Most folks during that time in Tenant Councils of SD even went so far as to post that I allegedly enable a dangerous man in the community, setting me up in an attempt to have me prosecuted by the state.
DSA San Diego aka Tenant Councils of SD used state-sponsored tactics to try to entrap me in a conspiracy case against a dangerous man in our community. At the same time, they put me — A TENANT — at risk with both the police and my landlord by failing — despite claiming to be a tenants’ rights group — to support my efforts to secure a proper lock on my gated apartment building.
