Deficits by Presidents! Reality Won't Surprise People Here, But Spread the Truth [1]

The New Republic (Michael Tomasky) came out with an important article, Surprise, surprise, when you look at the numbers, we see it is the Republicans who are adding to the deficit.
Not the Democrats!
Here are those numbers:
Jimmy Carter added $25 billion to the deficit.
Ronald Reagan added $74 billion. That seemed bad at the time; just you wait.
George H.W. Bush added $102 billion.
Bill Clinton reduced the deficit by $383 billion, leaving the budget in surplus when he left office.

Of course, the Ds do not do this by cutting Social Security or Medicare or Medicaid.
They do it by taxing the very rich.
Why? Well, to quote Willie Sutton, an infamous bank robber, he robbed banks, “because that’s where the money is.” Taxing the rich makes sense!!! They do not need the rich, except to pump up their silly but insatiable egos! And — to use that money to hurt the rest of us.
Yet Ds have an undeserved reputation for tax and spend.
What do we do?
Spread this among your friends. Look at the numbers.
LOOK AT THE NUMBERS! MAKE OTHERS LOOK AT THEM TOO!
Also, as budget negotiations are currently going on, use this information to contact your representatives.
