Trump wants Mayor Bowser to clean up Washington DC now! [1]

Because Trump sometimes lives in Washington D.C. at the White House, he felt it was time to take on the mayor of Washington, D.C., Muriel Bowser.
Once again, Trump is not happy with the way the city looks.
Trump is especially unhappy with the homeless. Especially the ones near the White House and the State Department.

"... she must clean up all the unsightly encampments..." Muriel is Black, of course. Trump is talking to her like she's a sanitation worker or a maid doing the cleaning chores.
"If she is not capable of doing so, we will be forced to do it for her!"
Exactly what are you talking about Donald? If you want to look at who to blame, you can look at Congress. They have control over Washington DC more than the mayor has. They pass the laws that control the city. Knowing Donald, he could be talking about calling out the National Guard to be street sweepers, and arresting homeless and putting them in jail.
Then after raking her over the coals he says, "Thank you Mayor Bowser for your efforts on behalf of the Citizens of our Country. Hopefully you will be successful!"
He thanks her, and hopes she will do well. No demand at this point. But then he has to sign off on it in all caps.
"DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"
I was expecting 3 exclamation points at the end. This is also the first time I've ever seen him sign off like this on his Truth Social posts like this. What he should do is use digital version of his signature that would be a lot more apt. It is unreadable, but he puts it all over the place on his merchandise. But, he hasn't thought of that yet.
Then, today, Donald retweeted his own post to the Mayor, but added before and after pictures of some encampments. The after is today, but there is nothing to tell us when the before was.
Before
I can't tell if Trump is saying his post got Mayor Bowser to have homeless removed or what. Trump will take credit for anything he thinks is good. He probably think this makes him look tough.
Because you've got before and after shots of this, it looks like advance planning. By Donald? The four pictures blow up full size in a gallery. Somebody had to have done that for him.
He did this after his Oval Office speech, reading statistics off a sheet and a couple of question and answers, and after his did his crypto summit.
