Trans Women Prisoners Are Being Sent To Men's Prisons Against Court Orders. [1]

In case anyone has been wondering, "What if he ignores the judges? What if he ignores court orders?". Here we go. While the 17 prisoners named as plaintiffs in the cases resulting in court orders have been protected from being transferred to men's prisons, others who were not named are now facing transfer to men's prison facilities. Or have already been placed in those facilities. Where they are already being assaulted, or put in isolation units.
The needless cruelty of this is simply mind blowing.
