Musk: Trump and Musk are craven fools [1]

Elon Musk may (or may not) get expelled from the British Royal Society for the damage he has done to scientific institutions. In response, Musk has posted on his NazicesspoolsiteTM that:
Only craven, insecure fools care about awards and memberships. History is the actual judge, always and forever. Your comments above are carelessly ignorant, cruel and false. That said, what specific actions require correction? I will make mistakes, but endeavor to fix them fast.
Irontortise covered this story earlier, including the comment regarding craven fools. But I think the quote, and the news item, are worth noting again for this aspect alone.
Musk clearly cares about his British Royal Society membership: “...what specific actions require correction? I will make mistakes, but endeavor to fix them fast.” He wants to stay in. He’ll endeavor to fix this little contretemps fast, despite his busy-ness with a chainsaw and rapidly disassembling rockets and breeding little mini-hims.
And Trump is notoriously concerned with awards, inventing new awards for himself, claiming awards and honors and magazine covers that neither existed nor were his, time and again. He’s similarly obsessed with memberships, from Mar-a-Lago to G7.
I agree with Musk:
Only craven, insecure fools care about awards and memberships. History is the actual judge, always and forever.
Musk is right. History will judge, always and forever, these two craven, insecure fools.
But not soon enough.
