A Pennsylvania infant brought measles back from travel. CIDRAP. The family was on the China Airlines shuttle bus from JFK Airport to North Philadelphia late the night of 2-25, at True North Pediatrics in Plymouth Meeting, PA from 11:15 am to 2:15 pm on the 26th, and at CHOP Emergency Department in King of Prussia, PA between 1 and 3pm
A King County, WA infant with measles was at the Apple Store in Bellevue Square, the Seattle Children's Hospital emergency department, Allegro Pediatrics in Bothell, and Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center in Redmond on about Feb. 20.
An Austin Texas infant also brought home measles from abroad, but the whole family was vaccinated and are isolating at home, no spread is expected.
The Texas outbreak has grown to 159, with 22 hospitalized. Florida has entered the chat also, with Palmetto High School in Miami reporting a case.

The mystery illness in DR Congo is being tested for both pathogens and possible organo-phosphate poisoning.
The Uganda Ebola outbreak may not be entirely over. A 4 year old child died, and it turns out his mother and sister had died earlier, untested and undiagnosed, their bodies were already buried. This may imply spread not being caught.

Influenza A and B are clinically different. And physicians are less likely to use oseltamivir in Flu B, although the serious risks are about the same.
B only infects humans, not animals. I did not know that.
