Im so sorry Congressman Green; Our Dem Leaders are Weak [1]

I am livid that we had ANY democrats voting to censure Congressman Al Green for speaking truth to lawless power. An elder black statesman who knows more about pushing back against trampling of rights than any of them, shame on them!
I am DONE with this party being afraid, weak in response, disorganized. Its obvious our leaders need A BIG PUSH to get their sh*t together and show some real collective strategy and courage.
Speaking to you, elected Demorats — Im sorry, but your cushy job life is over for the moment and its time to face the fact you will have to take real risks now to do your jobs in protecting the Constitution. Its also time for us to diret all these outside organizations to get tougher and do more and do big — I mean I went onto one of their websites and one of their protests for me to join is “ postcards to Trump”, you gotta be effing kidding me.

Now to Mr. Yarrahi, a very well known singer who wrote a protest song in support of the headress and clothing restrictions put on Iranian women. He was arrested, jailed and just received 74 lashes as a condition for his release.
At the time, Yarrahi wrote on X: “I am ready to receive the sentence of 74 lashes, and while I condemn this inhuman torture, I make no request to cancel it.”... Yarahi wrote on Instagram: “You have brought glass to break our stone. Thank you for your constant support, dear ones, and the sincere companionship of the respected lawyers Mustafa Nili and Zahra Minoui. He who is not willing to pay the price of freedom does not deserve freedom. Wishing you freedom.” (Bolding is mine)
