In today’s swift and severe interconnected world, we need to sharpen our accepance of diversity and inclusion and celebrate what the world has to offer us. Those that read Daily Kos, listen to the BBC, and CNN International embody this “Global American” ethos which transcend national borders since World War II, and will outlive the politics of hate. Most small business suppliers and global firms know this from my 42 years running a corporation as well. Last night did not represent our interests nor our beliefs.
IN FACT, many of us vacation not just within the United States but also in the vibrant precious cities of the world li ke London, Paris, Sydney, Belfast and Dublin. Many of us have American children who studied abroad, and who benefit from international medical collegues on a daily basis now working in America and abroad.
Most importantly, the Americans I befriend in my YMCA and the supermarket and around twon are more caring than presented recently in politics and poliltical discourse. We can not lose faith.
REUNITE, REJUVENATE THRU JOY. REVITALIZE so WE CAN TRANSFORM the Wrong. Transmute yourself past prejudice and hate. It shall and can be done. www.brucepiasecki.com
