They took down their "Farmers For Trump" Flag [1]

It’s Tuesday night and instead of watching a sociopathic narcissist spew bile, I figured I’d take a minute to relay a couple observations.
I live in small city in Upstate New York, and most days I drive out to the country to work on fixing up and old farmhouse. On the way, I pass a big dairy operation run by a conservative family that’s been a fixture in Republican politics for a long time. Their huge “Farmers for Trump” flag has been an eyesore (to me anyway) since last Summer. The flag came down last week and hasn’t soiled the flagpole since. Maybe they’ve come to the realization the The Great Bloviator doesn’t give a damn about them, and he’s not really a Republican.
Another thing I noticed is that the produce in every supermarket near me looks like crap. Mangy lettuce, withered veggies, everything low in quality and quantity. Of course, it’s Winter in the Northeast, but I’ve never seen the markets in my area so poorly provisioned. I couldn’t help wondering if I’m seeing what happens when you terrorize and deport a significant percentage of the people who work our farms. If so, the situation will worsen in the coming weeks and months. And Americans might figure out it’s not Joe Biden’s fault, and they’ll know to blame Don the Con.
