PSSST! Top Secret Change in Code Name POTUS [1]

In line with DOGE mandates to cut the size of the federal government, it has been decided that job titles, department names and even the code names of various departments and personnel should be simplified.
To show that everyone from top down is on board with this, DOGE recommends that the cumbersome code name POTUS be converted to the simpler, one-syllable POS term. Various department heads in both the civilian and military wings of the federal government heartily applauded this announcement from DOGE, in itself a notable event in nation’s capitol of recent months. Rumor has it, even our judicial branch has given it the nod in a rare show of unanimity.
In an attempt to build upon this feeling, it was recommended that the title Big POS and Little POS be used to more clearly designate the President and Vice President as code names when they share the same stage. Furthermore, at more formal events when both are present, the stellar terms POS Major and POS Minor shall be implemented.
Work is underway regarding name simplifications for other key personnel. And as always has been the policy of the current administration and its co-partner, DOGE, suggestions are welcome. As always. But of course, all remarks, inferences and intelligentsia will remain confidential.
