Decent People Find Bullies Revolting – Our Leader has Become a Public Relations Nightmare [1]

The business genius currently running the nation has dramatically and publicly failed Business 101. The first rule of business:
If customers can’t stand the company, they won’t buy the product.
And America’s brand is currently failing and being soundly rejected by people living in democracies worldwide.
The President has become a symbol of almost everything free people dislike. Mothers fear their children will become like him. Former allies hold their noses and try to deal with him. Dictators and sycophants in his own party look for how they can find an advantage through their support as they seek to manipulate him with flattery. They view him through a lens of fear or avarice but have little respect for him.
The President’s (and by close association America’s) brand now stinks to high heaven. It takes years and generations to build a brand and only days to destroy it. Elon is finding that out.
The Republican Party is on a roller-coaster, loving the excitement of destroying the administrate state and the drama of making threats towards and demands on friends and allies. Each day brings new dramatic twists and turns as the highly-scripted media circus and reality TV show continues.
The President is at the front of the roller-coaster of chaos leading the charge towards self-destruction and isolation of the nation. In a multi-lateral world, an isolated and distrusted nation no matter how powerful is weak (and certainly diminished instead of great).
The “making great” part was always an illusion and a fantasy.
But the President is going on 79 years of age with a physically obese body and showing some pretty clear signs of dementia.
The President’s and the Republican Party’s roller-coaster will soon likely run out of track. Dictators and dictator wannabes tend to crash and burn at their end as the all powerful leader moves ever closer to disability and death.
The President’s end will likely look more like Nixon’s than Carter’s or Biden’s. And the Republican Party may be left with nothing but a dead figurehead, without a shred of dignity and no guiding principles.
