Movie Crimson Tide - final scene [spoiler alert] [1]

In honor, we've been watching a few Gene Hackman films, watched Crimson Tide last night. Still a great movie. The world saved from nuclear holocaust due to multiple procedural guardrails in place and a struggle between two patriotic officers to interpret those guardrails differently. Heavy sigh of relief throughout the 'theater'.

Then we came to the final scene, right before credits roll...

See if this doesn't make you feel warm (and radioactive) all over:
