Executive Order 14196 needs more attention. This executive order is probably the one dearest to BRICS. It is the first step in dismantling the Federal Reserve and using the monetary system to create an unchallengeable caste system. We need to speak more about the Sovereign Wealth Fund with our friends and neighbors.

As you discuss the fund with your friends and neighbors, here are questions and answers based on its purpose as described in the executive order.

Q. What countries use Sovereign Wealth Funds?

A. Countries that depend on banks and Large Financial Groups to generate the money use Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Q. Do wealth funds promote fiscal sustainability for a government?

A. No. When banks and Large Financial Groups generate money that the government then taxes to fund itself, then wealth funds are useful. The US government generates its own money and so has no need for a wealth fund.

Q. Do wealth funds lessen the burden of taxes on countries?

A. If governments that use Sovereign Wealth Funds control the primary means of production in a country or choose not to provide services then taxes can be eliminated. But this is also true for countries that do not use Sovereign Wealth Funds. Additionally, progressive income taxes serve to slow the rise in income inequality which slows adverse inflation. Wealth Funds do not affect the rise in income inequality that occur during prosperity.

Q. Do wealth funds establish economic security for future generations?

A. No. The ultimate security for future generations is the ability to generate our own money. Sovereign Wealth Funds establish security for Large Financial Groups (LFGs) and their managers.

Q. Do wealth funds promote economic and strategic leadership internationally?

A. No. The US has international economic and strategic leadership through US aid policies which allow other countries to use its money. The wealth fund strategy serves to ensure that aid comes via loans and investments from banks and Large Financial Groups.

In summary, the US has no need of a Sovereign Wealth Fund. The challenge for the US economy is to conquer inflation during times of prosperity (when the money supply expands). The Sovereign Wealth Fund does not address this challenge. It makes the government fiscal processes more cumbersome.
