People will change in Crisis.
The Psychological monkey wrench to this moment in History is the use of bigotry to change one’s view of reality.
Musk says it outright and they know he is lying, but hope he is not.
When Musk says that crashing the economy is gonna be painful — they are hoping it’s with the bigots wink.
If you are reading this then it might be obvious to you this moment in history is to re establish the plantation economy in modern context with a dictator atop the social pile.
Trump wants to rule the world and Musk has enough brains to leverage the effort.
Musk is horrible at acting like trump and the base hates it — but this is just minor tension.
A UNITED SUFFERING MAKES CHANGE
Blaming the maga voter is not going to help — at best: you pat yourself on the back and feel a moral triumph. In reality you are helping your opponent and hurting your own mission.
This is the finger trap of your moment in history.
Calling the opponent stupid is just polishing the halo of bigotry upon the king. It’s meant to be stupid and your reaction proves that you are the sucker being led around and humiliated, therefore stay on team bigot.
If your efforts for change are finger pointing and online opinion making — you really don’t want to change and you are at heart a watered down version of a “Karen”
Change needs a United Suffering . If you want the dispossessed of the far right to wake up — you best find the escape hatch they desperately need to join you. The worst place to work for a conversion is in the political realm. Bigotry is a loose cannon of a system wherein the bigots operate with a wink and a nod. The dispossessed truly believe that the crumbs of oppression will fall on their plates and not those other peoples, furthermore: your place on the plantation totem pole is secure.
US history is full of examples of uniting bigoted whites with with minorities when mutually awareness of the system happens . If you want change, your job is to get out there turn off the phone and computer and find the non political places where experiences change belief.
1. Belief precedes reality
2. Experience changes belief — despite what is said.
Sports, Inter racial marriage, food, art, music, work….. all places where experiences alter beliefs
This Moment is Different
We are in an extinction. All the places that would have broadcast and proved that we are in an extinction will be shut down. But climate change doesn’t care. Climate change and our extinction were past tipping points and neither candidate was or is gonna stop it.
The Bigots are going to stay on top. Whatever and however they see that — it will change as things get worse and the upper class will throw the poor under neath them to cushion the blow.
We have created a perfect storm to accelerate our extinction with gutting infectious disease vaccinations, gutting healthcare and gutting food relief programs.
Death is the point — there are 8 billion people and the planet cannot sustain them.
Opening pandora’s box and flooding the fields with plague, and poverty will solidify the upperclass’ wealth, but it will kill them off and there will not be a system in place for them to get the treatment and social support required to sustain their lives. Nor can they escape the loss of habitat. We really are all in it together.
Musk is going to thug his way to having all technology in his grip. He can do this — you just need to be shameless to get the job done. Might makes right. But he will not be able to stop climate change and the plagues they unleash will do them in as well.
Must Kossacks get super pissed at “doomerism” and claim that it will make people look out for themselves with violent hedonism…. and that is correct with the upper-class.
For the lower class — well — when you are up against the wall……. the old adage “today is a good day to die” takes root amongst a united dispossessed. You are in an extinction and being pushed to the head of the line, so fuck it — see you in hell. Or just go take and pillage without shame like the upper class does to you.
The maga, the progessive, the rich, the poor, women, men children, and pets are all atop a dying planet.
Unite in Crisis
Being real about where we are and just letting it sit with your opponent helps. no finger pointing — just say the truth and let it sit. If and when the other comes to you for help — we are united in suffering. we are still gonna extinct, but at least we can have hospice on the way out.
