Trump wants an attack on our soil. Vance wants an attack on our soil. Musk wants an attack on our soil. They all have their own reasons for wanting it, but all of them recognize that the US at war gives them the environment they need to declare martial law and cease elections. When that happens, they are all three much closer to getting what they really want.
Trump wants nothing more than to continue to live in his reality show world where he is a god-king and everyone worships him. He has tried to live in that world every day, but there are still people who criticize him and he wants that to stop. He will not be happy until his Truman Show only involves adoration, adulation, and every one of his wishes being instantly fulfilled at his command.
Vance wants to shove his dystopian utopia down everyone’s throat. He has a rigid worldview that corresponds highly with the eugenicists’ ideas that were very popular in this country in the early 20th century and that were defeated in WW2 but never disappeared. In Vance’s world, no one can be happy if straight, white, “Christian” men who have a certain level of wealth and exhibit a high level of virility and “masculine” energy aren’t happy. He further believes that if the aforementioned men are happy, everyone else is true. Even more than Trump, Vance believes that how he feels is how everyone else feels and if they don’t, it’s just because they’re not intelligent enough to feel that way, and so they don’t belong in the crowd who’s feeling should be taken seriously because they are inferior.
Elon wants to own the world. If there’s a dollar out there that isn’t his, he’s unhappy. He’s by far the least complex of the three. Everything he’s ever done is in service of his grabbing all the money by any means possible, and he will use any means at his disposal.
Ending elections is a means to an end for all three. An attack on the US is the most convenient means of achieving that. They don’t care whether that attack is domestic or foreign because either way it opens the door wider to their goals of unlimited power unencumbered by democracy.
Trump, Vance, and Musk are trying to provoke an attack on the US. I’ve heard nothing that better explains the events of the past few weeks than that.
Until anyone offers a better explanation, that’s how I see it.
