Attempting to help fund my classroom while not spending my entire paycheck [1]

As a teacher, I pour my heart (and often my wallet) into giving my students diverse, engaging, and meaningful experiences every day. Many people don’t realize how much educators spend out of pocket just to meet students’ basic needs. After seven years in the classroom, I’ve learned that a well-organized space isn’t just about tidiness it’s about creating an environment where students can thrive and where I can focus on what matters most: teaching.
That’s why I’ve launched a DonorsChoose project to establish an effective organizational system in my classroom. This system will allow me to streamline materials, reduce time spent searching for resources, and ultimately give me more time to dedicate to my students. An efficient classroom benefits everyone when students learn in a structured, welcoming space, and I can focus on delivering the engaging, high-quality education they deserve.
If you believe in supporting educators and ensuring students have the best possible learning environment, I’d be so grateful if you could check out my project and contribute or even just share it with others! Every dollar gets me closer to a classroom that runs smoothly and gives my students the best experience possible.

Thank you for supporting teachers and students! Together, we can make a difference.
