Trump's Cabinet Secretary for Health and Human Services does not know what a quarantine is. [1]

In Trump’s first cabinet meeting, RFK Jr said 'There are about 20 people hospitalized, mainly for quarantine’ in the West Texas measles outbreak.
However, hospitals are not used for quarantines. Quarantine separates people with no symptoms who have had contact with an infected person. Quarantines are not done in hospitals.
The 20 people are hospitalized because they have the measles. There is no available information on how many of these cases are for isolation vs management of complications.
