The gist of the letter is that because the ABA (American Bar Association) interfered in one of DOGE’s attempted take down of a Government agency function, Rubio’s henchmen blocked/killed all of the grants for the ABA as pure retribution. The docket document states when the kill order was made but there is no way that the actual personnel puling the switch can be identified. A nameless, faceless DOGE functionary in a petty snit kills activities they have no understanding of simply out of spite and Sect of State Rubio is compliant. Truly like the illustrations of the medieval executioner holding the head chopping axe while his face is covered in a mask as the King looks on.
