Our Reichstag Fire moment has arrived [1]

This will be short, and I hope I got the links to work. I just came across a social media post which horrified me. There appears to be a draft Executive Order that formally places trump (at least nominally) in the position of dictator/king/prime kleptocrat. The post itself is a nice bulleted list of what the draft EO says and its implications. It ends with a link to an article in The Nation which discusses it in more detail, and buried in the article is a link to a whitehouse dot gov page that does in fact have this order.
The order is dated February 18, but has no EO number or any indication it's been signed by anyone, so I retain (some) skepticism. Nonetheless, it is dated for Day 29 of the Mump regime, and I’m posting this on Day 38. Either is less time than it took the Austrian corporal to cement his position as dictator (52 days), and HE had to wait for the Reichstag building to burn down, and for the Reichstag. assembly to formally neuter itself. The US Capitol is still standing but is filled with enough spineless legislators to allow this coup — and it is one — without even the fig leaf of formalizing it.
The article in The Nation raises the issue that there appears to be no one other than Congress that has standing to challenge this order, and also that the Supremely Corrupt court is unlikely hold it unconstitutional - if Congress can even be bothered to file a suit against an assertion that in effect declares it to be superfluous, which assumes facts not in evidence.
This certainly smells like something that our maximum leader would sign (while working remotely, on a taxpayer-funded trip to his for-profit golf course) if someone put it in front of him late on a Friday night.
