White to move and mate in two #632 - Blue Ghost and Resilience [1]

Two privately developed lunar lander missions were launched on Jan 15. They are well on their way to the moon with the Blue Ghost spacecraft scheduled for landing on Sunday March 2.

1. U.S. based Firefly Aerospace's Blue Ghost Mission 1. Will deliver 10 science payloads to the moon for NASA. Currently, in orbit around the moon.

2. Japan based ispace's Hakuto-R Mission 2. Will deploy the lander named Resilience, a mini rover and other science payloads to the lunar surface, 4-5 months after launch, taking a longer energy-efficient route to the moon.

The Firefly Aerospace Blue Ghost spacecraft has been regularly sending images of earth and the moon.
