DOGE at SSA in December of '24, before Inauguration! [1]

In one of the most recent court fillings against the Musk/DOGE debacle, there is evidence presented that shows Musk/DOGE had an operative in the Social Security Administration in December of 2024, even before the Inauguration. It’s Leland Dudeck, the same person Trump has appointed as acting administrator of the SSA until his nominee is confirmed. Before Trump chose him the SSA had put him on administrative leave for cooperating with DOGE.
The complaint (lawsuit) can be accessed via "Litigation Tracker" from the "Just Security" web site, or from this link: www.courtlistener.com/....
It was filed Feb. 21, by American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, and the AFLCIO against the SSA. I was a member of the AFSCME for years while working for my County. This is a powerful union.
The complaint is a very interesting read and I recommend everyone who can stand the legal jargon read it. Here is a the most relevant part of the text from from pages 21 and 22 of the lawsuit (I’ve left out the footnote numbers but they are in the original complaint):
89. President Trump selected Leland Dudek to serve as the Acting Commissioner until his nominee, Frank Bisignano, is confirmed.
Dudek had previously been a manager in the Office of Program Integrity working on anti-fraud measures. Dudek was reportedly a GS-15 employee, not a member of the Senior Executive Service.
90. Before his promotion, the agency had placed Dudek on administrative leave for cooperating with DOGE, after SSA leadership received reports that Dudek had shared information with nonagency personnel as early as December 2024 and had reportedly pressured career staff to “help DOGE representatives.” As Dudek reportedly wrote in a now-deleted LinkedIn post, “I confess. I moved contractor money around to add data science resources to my anti-fraud team to examine Direct Deposit Fraud . . . . I confess. I bullied agency executives, shared executive contact information, and circumvented the chain of command to connect DOGE with the people who get stuff done.”
This is very damning but it needs to be spread far and wide, because I think it will really get people stirred up and more angry than they are now.
