A Cartoon Teaser for American Bystander #29 [1]

I just wanted to let everyone know that the latest issue (#29) has been published of The American Bystander, the last great humor magazine in the US.

I want to also proudly say that I have a couple comics in the issue. The above image teaser is of one of those comics. It is also the one that publisher and editor, Mike Gerber, has said “If ever there was a cartoon that could cost us our right to publish and get us all tossed into Gitmo, this is it!” But since James Finn Garner’s writing and my art made the cartoon so damn funny, Mike agreed it was worth publishing it.

If you love independent comedy, razor sharp satire, and hilarious comics as a big FU to the Trump administration, let me suggest that you buy the latest American Bystander. Also in issue #29: The last published work of Jules Feiffer!

Of course, buy this issue only after you’ve made a big contribution to DailyKos, the best damn online political publication in the US!
