I do not understand why this site still allows people to post Russian disinformation about Zelenskyy's legitimacy in violation of discussion rules. Just because Felonious has adopted it as regular part of his Fascist Performance Art road show, doesn't make it anything other than a false conspiracy theory.
It's tedious to have to weed through the law and facts to make clear what for normal people is obvious, but we live in the world of MAGA where Fascist Performance Art rules the waves. Here are the facts and law.
Zelenskyy was elected President in 2019. While the Constitution sets the term of a President to be 5 years, and sets dates for elections, Article 108 states…
The President of Ukraine exercises his or her powers until the assumption of office by the newly-elected President of Ukraine.

The Constitution does not specifically state how to handle the question of elections under martial law, however Article 92, Clause 19 states the legal regime under martial law shall be exclusively governed by the Law of Ukraine.
The Law of Ukraine on the legal regime of martial law explicitly bars any national elections during martial law in Article 19, Section 1, Clause 3. In Article 11, Section 3, it extends a President's term until a President elected post martial law is sworn in. To wit:
In the event of the expiration of the term of office of the President of Ukraine during martial law, his powers shall be extended until the newly elected President of Ukraine, elected after the abolition of martial law, takes office.

Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022. Ukraine's Parliament enacted martial law shortly thereafter, renewing it in accordance with the law. It will be renewed until Russian forces are removed from Ukrainian territory as required by law.
The above is dispositive on the question of Zelenskyy's legitimacy and the reasons for elections being postponed. As such, Felonious' statements are nothing but lies, a conspiracy theory built on Russian disinformation meant to mislead.
It is Fascist Performance Art.
