Promises Made, Promises Broken, and other Trump lies [1]

Trump has been outdoing himself today. Betraying an ally. Declaring himself king. And now he's back to his usual lies.
The last one he's got pinned at the top of Truth Social for the time being. He might post more, but it looks like he's taking a break from driving us crazy, and it's a short drive
There used to be no better place on Earth than the United States. And then we had Trump, not once, but twice.
"...under a certain President named Donald J. Trump." Under is right. Like you're standing on our grave like at Arlington National Cemetery for a photo op.
DAMAC is a Dubai based real estate company. Revenue last year was $1.6 billion, and they had $5 billion cash on hand. $40 billion is not feasible in the short term. That would take a decade, at least. 2 or 3 pinnochios.
Pinnochio.
Softbank is a good Tokyo based firm. But its market cap is $91.8 billion. How does that extrapolate to $100 to $200 billion investment in the short or long term? Another 2 or 3 pinnochios.
Anytime you see Donald do a post that starts or ends with "PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT!" You can bet it's a lie or even worse, one of the evil things he proposed that he did do.
"Examples of ..." I tried to watch the video, but all I get is the circling icon that never loads. So, Donald has one of two problems. Either he's being helped by the DOGE bros, who couldn't secure DOGE.gov, helping him, or he's too cheap to pay for the bandwidth. Either is a bad situation. I checked a completely different video, and it did load, so it's a different technical problem.
Trump also announced a whole slew of people to the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. A bunch were campaign staffers. The name of the Office sounds like DOGE but without going for the money.
Today, DOGE.gov cut $1.9 billion from IRS information technology. Why would we want the IRS to have computers that worked?
This link that worked yesterday and brought up this:
Now brings up a screen with a blank box. The DOGE bros must read the news occasionally. I'm glad I took a screenshot.
Also on Whitehous.gov is the transcribed interview of Musk and Trump with Sean Hannity. They start off with the $10 million Musk paid Trump over the Twitter lawsuit where Twitter shut down his account over Jan.6th (did a diary on it yesterday), and it goes downhill from that.
That's enough for today.
