If Red States Can Ban Porn Hub, Why Can't Blue States Ban Twitter? [1]

Seeing as Porn Hub is banned in 17 states ( with Project 2025 wanting to ban porn entirely) why can’t New York or California etc. ban Elon Schmuck’s fascist-friendly platform? The states can argue that Shitter promotes hate ( which it demonstrably does) and residents should not be subjected to its unfettered abuse. Any thoughts from the legal types out there on this question?

Let’s see if SCOTUS would thread that legal needle for him.

Given this is now asymmetrical warfare ( with this joker illegally making an end-run around Congress), it is time to silence this digital garbage merchant by any means necessary.

We need to hurt the moron in his wallet, and shut off the propaganda spigot of the bigot..
