What Shall Not Be Named [1]

Nope, it’s not fascism, not class warfare, not a coup, not two billionaire narcissists trying to destroy all governmental, legal, and public institutions that prevent them from becoming co-emperors of America who can wield the economic and military power of the country to satisfy their personal whims, including taking revenge on all who dare oppose them.
No, it’s not any of those things. Not yet at least. Maybe someday.
And it’s not the Republican politicians who should be blamed, no matter what, ever, for anything bad that happens due to the things that shall not be named, because they say so, and there is no reason not to believe them because they have never been responsible for anything bad that has ever happened in this country. It has always been the Democrats who are to blame, so why should this time be any different? Anyone who says it’s different this time is just a partisan political hack, aka, a Democrat.
And since it’s not any of those terrible, unimaginable things that shall not be called what they actually are but shall be called “possible constitutional crisis” or “concerning power grab” or “apparent conflict of interest” or “disagreements on how to address the deficit” or “realignment of government priorities” or some other vague meaningless phrase, there is no reason to be alarmed, and certainly no reason to take action to oppose those things which can’t actually be named because they are nothing to worry about--they are not class warfare, fascism, a coup, or two megalomaniacs trying to gain the virtually unlimited American economic and military power. They are something other.
It is definitely not just about money. It is not just a monumental grift. It is not about the richest man in the world and many of the other richest men in the world wanting the power to become even richer at the expense of everyone else. It is not about the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. That is not what it shall be called, because that’s what it is, and what it’s always been and always will be. It’s the money. And the only thing that is going to stop them from taking it all is not to give it to them.
Stop buying. Stop giving them your money. If you need something, there are a lot of ways to get free stuff. Barter. Trade with your neighbors. If you have to buy, buy used. Buy from each other. The only thing that is going to stop what shall not be named is to stop the buying of their shit, stop the incessant clicking on Internet links, stop the consumption of all things you don’t really need. If enough people do that, the billionaires might actually get worried that all the things that shall not be called what they are won’t happen and their dreams of taking all the money, going to Mars, and leaving us with nothing will not come true.
Because we are nothing to the billionaires except their marks.
