Can someone please talk me down? [1]

The past week I've been sick to my stomach with fear and anxiety about the shit that's been going on recently; things that are out of my control.

I am losing my mind over what's happening in Ukraine, whether or not Europe can get its shit together and defeat Russia. Im terrified of WWIII happening.

I am devastated obviously over what's going on here too.

I've been thinking about moving to another country, but what's the point anymore?

It doesn't seem like there is any trace of good things happening on the horizon, and it's only been one month. My mind and heart can't take it anymore.

I know this is just me venting and it's really not constructive, but I desperately need someone to talk me down.

Is there really any hope for us and Democracy after all?
