Trump ignores the 14th Amendment [1]

Donald Trump doesn't like courts telling him that his ignorance of the 14th Amendment is unconstitutional.
There are already 10 lawsuits showing on Just Security litigation tracker about the 14th Amendment, specifically about birthright citizenship. There's a total of 74 lawsuits today against Trump, his administration, and Musk, showing on the tracker. There were 64 yesterday.
Today, Donald took the time to let us know his understanding of constitutional law.
There isn't much. It's ironic that he talks about the 14th amendment in terms of "modern day." Many people believe that we need to take into account the modern-day realities of guns and how fast they have advanced in technology. That compares with single shot, 2 minute to reload, technology of when the Constitution was written. Sidetracked.
Immigrants are "gate crashers." They're also "illegal immigrants" whether here legally or not. The correct term would be "undocumented immigrants." The first line of the 14th amendment is "All persons born or naturalized in the United States..." are automatically citizens. It's just plain as day.
It doesn't say anything about people having to be emancipated slaves to qualify. True, it was created after the Civil War, and part of it was to cover people having been slaves. But that doesn't mean that's all it says.
"Our Founding Fathers 'spinning in their graves.'"
Aren't we getting a little too dramatic here? Undocumented immigrants are not taking the country away from us. They're picking our food and building our houses. They pay more income tax than you do.
"No Nation in the World has anything like this."
Four pinocchio, bald-faced lie. 32 other countries have birthright citizenship.
"Our lawyers and Judges have to be tough, and protect America!"
I wonder why lawyers isn't capitalized. The Constitution is what makes America, America. They have to protect the Constitution in order to protect America. If you don't like it, then amend the Constitution. The process is spelled out in detail.
You can't just ignore pieces of the Constitution you don't like, and use the other ones as weapons.
Judges have already admonished Trump's lawyers on the complete constitutionality of the Amendment. It's in the Constitution! The judges wonder why Trump's lawyers are even trying. It's a slam dunk case. Game over.
These cases are so obviously wasteful of the courts' time that the lawyers could be sanctioned for trying to usurp the Constitution.
The irony of Trump defending emancipated slaves is rich, with his history of racism against Black people.
The Founding Fathers would be spinning in their graves at the country being taken away from us, because Donald Trump is doing it.
