Lord Dampnut is quoting Napoleon now? [1]

The Oval Office Oompa Loompa apparently posted to his social media orifice the following quote often attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte:

"He who saves his Country does not violate any Law."

Let’s consider how un-American that sentiment is.

Let’s also consider how subject and retrospective “saving the country” is.

Let’s also point out that between 1803 and 1815 alone Napoleon’s wars led to the deaths of enough Frenchmen to put a permanent notch in the country’s demographic histogram, to say nothing of deaths of other people, or the casualties prior to 1803, and ultimately left France worse off than before.
