1. Hagan Scotten DOJ’s lead prosecutor resigns (the seventh to do so) rather than dismiss charges against NYC Mayor Adams; writes a scathing resignation letter to Acting Attorney General Emil Bove:

“If no lawyer within earshot of the President is willing to give him that advice, then I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or enough of a coward, to file your motion. But it was never going to be me.”

2. Bove call all members of the Public Integrity office together, gave them one hour to come up with two names who would carry out his orders and offered promotions to whomever will dismiss the case:

3. NY Governor Hochul has cancelled a planned meeting with Trump (primarily to discuss congestion pricing) amidst growing political pressure to remove Adams from office.
