Please Stop Being Mean [1]

Dear Daily Kos:

I’ve been on Kos for a while now. Most of the time, I enjoy the diaries and the comments. I usually learn a lot, appreciate the cartoons, and, as a cat mom, love PWB. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a recent downturn in cordiality. I was banned from commenting for a week because I used a disrespectful name for MAGA, but I’ve been called an idiot and an asshole with no apparent repercussions for the commentators.

People seem angry and frustrated, but although I am too, I believe we should try to be less injurious to one another. Perhaps I haven’t made myself clear or offended someone without knowing. But please stop it! I’m a big girl and can take it, but really, folks, quit being mean. We should all be working together instead of against one another.

Just sayin’.
