Where are the protestors, those Columbia University students so bent on condemning Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for Israel’s assault on Gaza?
Where are all the Dearborn activists who voted for Donald Trump or Jill Stein or stayed home because they were unhappy with Biden and Harris?
How come now that Trump has said TWICE that he’s going to take over GAZA and RELOCATE TWO MILLION PEOPLE there aren’t protests in every Arab community and on every college campus that protested last year? We’re talking about ethnic cleansing here.
The damage done to the Harris campaign by the Pro-Palestinian/Anti-Israeli protests was considerable. It likely cost them the swing state of Michigan and depressed a considerable part of their base from voting. Benjamin Netanyahu knew that this was causing dissension in the Democratic ranks despite Joe Biden’s effort to get a peace deal. That is why he was so uncooperative, because he wanted Trump to win. THIS WAS OBVIOUS.
Despite how clear this was, too many people blamed Biden and Harris and somehow deluded themselves that Trump would be better. How fucking ridiculous and naïve.
It is important that those ready to heap much of the blame for the tragedy in Gaza on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris admit that the choice they made was wrong and that they condemn Trump at least as vehemently and vigorously as they did his predecessor.
