Yeah, it was cold last night 29 below at the GTF airport weather service, fortunately the winds were light and the wind chill at the airport was only 52 below. I’m so glad that my camper is out of the wind inside my well-ventilated shop, I was almost hot last night, very comfortable, it was still 30 below outside the camper door, but the shop is a good windbreak. Tonight, will be only 18 below and then our daytime temps start edging above the zero mark. I will be happy when I get to the end of March, March usually means the end of subzero temps and April marks the time when we finally get above freezing. T-shirt weather never lasts long enough!
The propane is holding up surprisingly well I just swapped out the bottles on the office heater, 20-pound bottle lasted a couple days. I’m not saying it’s efficient, central heat would be better, but I’m just trying to keep a couple of 8X12 rooms above freezing. Managing pretty well on that point. Someday, with a little luck and a lottery win, I will have a house with central heat again, preferably on my own property. Until then, I can manage living in a few sheds, the worst problem is the lack of running water, that will be the pricey fix.
Mr. pResident tRump, I found your convertible limo so you can ride around the country and let the people see you, just like Prez. Kennedy!
Yes, those seats are lawn chairs with no seat belts, but I knew you wouldn’t mind having all those nasty automobile regulations removed.
