Executive Order on the Second Amendment, which doesn't need any help [1]

Trump, and every other foam-at-the-mouth gun rights activist, always forget the first phrases of the Second Amendment.
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, " is actually the most important part of the Second Amendment. A well regulated militia was necessary when the Constitution was written because we didn't have a standing army. When there was a call to arms, literally, everyone had to bring their own gun. It wasn't like we had stores of them ready to go, like a modern-day army. Today, we have a well-regulated militia. It's called the National Guard. That should be the end of it for anyone reading what isn't there into the Second Amendment.
The right to keep and bear arms was for that well regulated militia. That part can not be infringed. It doesn't say anything about personal use.
But that's not enough for Donald Trump. He put out an executive order on Feb.7th called Protecting Second Amendment Rights.
"Because it is foundational to maintaining all other rights held by Americans, the right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed."
You need to have guns to maintain all other rights. Does that mean you have the right to shoot up voting facilities if you think the vote is being manipulated?
Does that mean that if you think people are undocumented immigrants, you can hold them at gunpoint?
Does that mean that if you think that police are searching your domicile illegally, that you can shoot them under the 4th Amendment?
If you think your house being foreclosed because you haven't paid the property taxes in years is wrong, do you have the right to shoot the person putting the eviction notice on your front door, under the 5th Amendment, precluding seizure of property without due process?
Under the 9th Amendment, is there some right you think that you have, that isn't detailed in the Constitution, that allows you to take whatever action you feel necessary?
What are you going to do, Donald, shoot somebody if they say the wrong thing, because they believe in the First Amendment? Doesn't the First Amendment take precedence over the Second Amendment, because it's first?
Every single damn government agency needs to:
"... assess any ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens, and present a proposed plan of action to the President, through the Domestic Policy Advisor, to protect the Second Amendment rights of all citizens."
Ongoing infringements. Just guess what he's going to say next.
The Attorney General must review:
"All presidential actions and agencies from January 2021 through January 2025 that purport to promote safety but may have impinged on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens."
Absolutely everything that was ever done in the Biden Administration for trying to prevent gun violence is suspect because it was part of the Biden Administration. Say goodbye to red flag laws. Say goodbye to laws requiring guns to be locked up, so children don't shoot themselves, their parents or their brothers and sisters. These are just a few examples.
The BATFE is also a target to be reviewed:
"Rules promulgated by the Department of Justice, including the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, from January 2021 to January 2025 pertaining to firearms and/or federal licenses."
Targeting anything done under the Biden Administration, again.
Get rid of everything that keeps people from killing each other. Let's make sure we can keep making those powerful weapons to send over the border to Mexican cartels. Let's let Kyle Rittenhouse shoot as many people as he wants to and get off scot-free.
And because Biden did it, review:
"Reports and related documents issued by the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention."
The Justice Department will probably have to change:
"The positions taken by the United States in any and all ongoing and potential litigation that affects or could affect the ability of Americans to exercise their Second Amendment rights."
Different hollow point types. Dozens of deadlier versions.
Trump wants them to take a look at ammunition that's outlawed in states.
Dragon's breath shotgun shell.
There's hollow point, armor piercing ammunition, dragon's breath shotgun shells, flechette shells, and bolo shell ammunition. Nobody needs to have any of this type of ammunition. You don't need this for target shooting. There's no possible need for it for self-defense. It's for going out and killing people deliberately. What good are police bullet-proof vests to armor piercing rounds? None.
Flechette shell. There are dozens of variations.
There probably isn't really a need to review the firearms themselves. Federal Courts have already said that now you can have machine guns. That keeping young men 18 to 20 from having guns is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court said that bump stocks are legal. That is now superfluous with a federal court saying that machine guns were legal. Next, they could look at cannons, mortars, rocket propelled grenades, and anything else that can be classified as being shot.
All the agencies also need to review:
"The processing of applications to make, manufacture, transfer, or export firearms."
Armor piercing tungsten round. Just one type of many.
Mexico is going to be really happy about the export provision after you just promised them that you would keep Americans from selling weapons to the cartels.
And make sure that we keep that Gun Show loophole open so weapons can be distributed without any record.
Let's make sure that manufacturers can design new weapons with even more firepower than police are allowed to use.
Trump promised during the campaign that when it came to gun rights, he would do nothing. He lied.
The Second Amendment is so important to him, he listed it twice.
Donald Trump is out to follow Project 2025's plan to make America as unsafe as possible.
MAGA. Make All Guns Accessible.
