Why I'm Against DEI [1]

MAGA has distorted DEI so it has the same connotation as affirmative action. Unfortunately, too many folks have taken the bait and come out in full throated defense of DEI. I believe that if most of these folks knew what it was that they’re defending, they’d be against it.
Should we really be wasting time and energy saving these people from themselves via DEI Training?
It's not our responsibility to train an uncivilized savage because they never learned how to be a civilized and considerate human being. It is effectively affirmative action for unqualified whites.
Why not just let them be their Trumpy a-hole selves and show their true colors right off the bat so we can fire them when they act up? Even if you trained them not to unintentionally say or do inappropriate things they’re still detrimental to the workplace otherwise — these people likely have low self & situational awareness and poor adaptability skills.
I have tested this argument on many Trumpies for months and it works to the same effect as reverse psychology, because it is the inverse of affirmative action. They clam up quick when they realize its true definition and have nothing to say because the liberal is on the same page and their mindset only allows them to support the opposite position no matter how irrational. “Oh you’re anti-DEI? so I guess I’m pro-DEI”. Problem with that is being pro-DEI and embracing its true framing — it means admitting that unqualified, uncivilized savage white people like themselves deserve to be hired due to privilege and they hate admitting that.
This re-framing has worked exceptionally well at shutting a Trumpy up for me many times to date..
I believe DEI is a creature of corporatism — intended to minimize lawsuits that are the result of too many people in this country who were never brought up to be civilized and considerate. It doesn’t really benefit minorities nor the workplace. We have cellphones and smart watches to collect hard evidence for their firing nowadays.
JUST FIRE THEM.
